Changes

Update mixin and mixinextras.

Only one breakage occured within the micromixin test set regarding
static injectors not being able to target non-static methods, something
micromixin previously did not account for.

I'm torn on whether micromixin should follow that support - after
all we have more glaring issues almost everywhere.
